Sy Chung is the chief event planner of MEME Australia. He is one of Sydney's most trusted names in event management and is an expert at reaching local and overseas Asian and Chinese clients. He moved to Australia from the former British Colony of Hong Kong with his family when he was 6 years old and has completed a Law degree in Australia.

His clients and partner organisations include the NSW Government, the ACT Government, a large number of local government councils including the City of Sydney, the Crown Group, Ryde Gardens, Navarra Venues, the Grand Pacific Group and many others.

His awards include the NSW Business Chamber Young Achievement Australia Awards in Marketing and Environment Management, Commended in the Hornsby Council Australia Day Young Citizen of the Year Awards, a recipient of the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards, a recipient of the Minister's Award for Excellence (in Education), and a recipient of the Golden Key International Honour Society amongst others.

Our professional event team can help you put together any event from start to finish or anywhere in between ranging from a simple cocktail Christmas Party to a large scale council event with tens of thousands of people attending.

Since 2006 we have been part of well over 400 events including large conferences, concerts, council events, property development promotional functions, political fundraisers, gala dinners and other banquets. Since 2014, MEME events have held Australia's only annual Chinese Wedding Expo in Darling Harbour.

We provide complete event management services including safety assessments, stage management, multilingual MCs, performers, interpreters, photographers, videographers, decorators and everything else you need for your perfect event.

In terms of entertainment, MEME provides Masters of Ceremonies, singers, bands and other performers including magicians, acrobats, Chinese martial artists, Lion dancers, sand sculptors and any other performers.

We are also Sydney's most trusted function venue experts with partnership arrangements with Sydney's top event venues to guarantee you the best price and packages. MEME specialises in media production. Sy Chung is Australia's only Chinese and English bilingual national radio presenter with over 10 years of broadcasting and production experience at SBS Radio/TV. He has also been featured on Sydney's #1 Radio Station 2GB as well as TVB Australia, 2AC Australian Chinese Radio and Hong Kong's D100 Digital Radio and MyRadio. MEME has an in-house corporate photography/videography team, voice-over and MC talents, multilingual writers, copywriters and designers. MEME is also the publisher of Australia's only English-Chinese wedding magazine.
